Gastronomia, a arte de "Redescobrir"

 O Artista das Panelas           

                Na gastronomia não se permite que a imaginação encontre limites, é preciso despertar a mente e torna-la um reino pensante, criativo e sempre disposto a descobrir algo novo..., é preciso viajar a um mundo surreal, ousado e inusitado, ver o mundo como um vasto universo abstrato...

              ...não basta ser um cozinheiro, é preciso ser um químico, um cientista, um alquimista, quem sabe até mesmo um pintor..., permitir que a alma se entregue a um sublime "renascimento", ...finalizar uma receita buscando na essência da criação algo que lembre um "Da Vinci" ou um "Michelangelo", transformando o prato em  um quadro... e imaginando que ao finaliza-lo estará dando também o último toque do pincel na tela.                 

               Para tanto é preciso ser um amante dedicado, assumir a paixão que temos pela cozinha, assim como um poeta tem pela mulher que conquista, pois é com ela que iremos dividir também as grandes noites.               

                Cuidar bem da linha que seguimos, como cuidamos a roupa que vestimos,  a gastronomia é um caminho generoso de técnicas clássicas que muitas vezes recordam os pretos básicos de Channel, para tanto o artista da cozinha precisa dominar a simplicidade, aprender e buscar as técnicas básicas respeitando tudo que o tempo não apaga e não ofusca, e assim começar a lapidar a sua própria personalidade, buscando uma identidade própria, moderna e contemporânea fazendo uma fusão do clássico com toques de ousadia,  assinando a sua marca e ditando as novas tendências.                

             O artista das panelas expressa nos pratos o real significado da liberdade, valoriza a sua terra assim como o perfume que exala das flores comestíveis da sua região, enriquece através do paladar as suas origens e de quem a vida dedicou para que ela hoje existisse.

To take care of well of the line that we follow, as we take care of the clothes that we dress, the gastronomia is a generous way of classic techniques that many times remember the basic black color of Channel, for in such a way the artist of the necessary kitchen to dominate simplicity, to learn and to search the techniques basic respecting everything that the time does not erase and it does not dim, and thus to start to stone its proper personality, searching a proper, modern identity and contemporary making a fusing of the classic with ousadia touchs, signing its mark and dictating the new trends.
